(7) Suŋguh deŋan parbuatan itu kamu elah maŋlicih Hiyaŋ, iaŋ elah susunken hidup salama bardulambun tahun liwat runtaŋ.

(1) Don't ye kill animals just to waste them. That is truly one of the most tyranny acts. (2) Kill animals if it is indeed necessary for thee to do that. (3) Animals may only be killed if they are for use or when you are protecting yourself. (4) Thou canst of course not kill animals and be vegan. (5) However, if ye need to kill an animal, kill it only for the two reasons, for being utilized and/or protecting yourself that has dignity. (6) Don't ye kill animals just for fun. (7) Indeed, with this action ye have insulted God, who has arranged life for billions of years through evolution.

(8) Also don't ye kill an animal solely as a sacrifice for God. (9) However, slaughter the animal in front of God whose meat ye will then eat together, instead of throwing away the carcass. (10) In fact, if ye don't kill any animals at all, that would be even more excellent.

(11) Treat animals that can feel gently, because ye know they can feel pain. (12) Even if ye want to slaughter them, do it carefully and make the pain as mild as possible. (13) Dost not thou slash haphazardly like wood that is cut and scythed.
