SAD
(1) Jaŋan eŋkau sedih, jaŋan dah redup hati. (2) Biar pun ka kau saada uraŋ mambeɲci, Hiyaŋ ‘ken tetep maɲayaŋi. (3) Hiyaŋ taʔ ‘ken beɲci. Suŋguh ia dah tardeket kau, sadeket darah, uŋap, aŋgar, dan hati. (4) Jaŋan dah risaw! taʔ usah eŋkau galaw! Lantar eŋkau tahu ada Ia, Iaŋ salalu maŋhiraw. (5) Ia cerep dikau, sama, maalah lebih lagi. Iaŋ salalu mameluk kau, iaŋ ada di kaaŋgar kau, iaŋ hiraw. (6) Maka Kami harep deŋan tutur ni, eŋkau tahu cemitu sayaŋ nia Hiyaŋ ka kau. (7) Sadatar siari ni elah tarbikin, barrubah, dan barruntaŋ biar ada eŋkau. (8) Cemmitu dah pentiŋ a dikau sayaŋ hay. (9) Ɲawa kau lebih barpayu sadi apa pun, cemitu pun ɲawa uraŋ lahin hay. (10) Maka jaŋan eŋkau litihken hidup kau deŋan mambuat licih dasar, lantar eŋkau tarlampaw barpayu untuk itu. (11) Hiyaŋ sayaŋ dikau. (12) Pun tentu ada uraŋ iaŋ sayaŋ dikau, sadaʔ a diri kau usah dikau. (13) Seɲum dah sayaŋ hay, lantar maasih baɲak tempat iaŋ mananti buat eŋkau tiɲjawi, makanan iaŋ mananti buat eŋkau sedepi, dan uraŋ iaŋ mananti buat eŋkau sayaŋi. (14) Taʔ apa, lepas, lepasken dah kasedihan kau kaini. (15) Manaŋis dah! Namun lepas tu, baliʔ dah barria lagi. (16) Eŋkau mimaŋ usah hujan, namun lepas hujan, biarken sinar mataari tu mamaɲcar lagi.
(1) Dost not thou be sad, don't be dim-hearted. (2) Even though everyone hates thee, God will still love thee. (3) God won't hate it. Truly it is the closest thing to thee, as close as blood, breath, mind and heart. (4) Don't worry! thou doest not need to worry! Because thou knowest there is E, Who always cares. (5) E understands thee, and, even more. Who always hugs thee, who is on thy mind, who cares. (6) So We hope that with this verse, thou willst know how much God loves thee. (7) The universe has been created, changed, and evolved so that thou existst. (8) That's how important thou art, O dear. (9) Thy life is more valuable than anything else, and so are O other people's lives. (10) So dost not thou contaminate thy life by committing basic sins, because thou art too valuable for that. (11) God loves thee. (12) Of course there are people who love thee, at least thou needest thyself. (13) Smile, dear, because there are still many places waiting for thee to visit, food waiting for thee to enjoy, and people waiting for thee to love. (14) It's okay, let go, let go of thy sadness now. (15) Cry! But after that, come back to being happy again. (16) Thou doest need rain, but after the rain, let the sunlight shine again.
