MEMORIES

(1) NyeNggaU (2) There is no such thing as the language of heaven, all human languages and cultures have their own beauty that is valuable. (3) A bad culture is only that makes the three basic sins. As long as it doesn't do that, then there is nothing wrong with that culture.

(8) Suŋguh haɲa saŋ Hiyaŋ dah sidaŋ empu saada panahuan, dan siida siŋkepken sabahagi panahuan da ka uŋer, ka iaŋ hendak manahui dan 'ɲelusuri. (9) Namun ka siida iaŋ abay, sayaŋ dah lanter sida taʔ dapet panahuan barrikin tu.
(4) There is not a single book in this world that discusses everything. Not Torah, not Bible, not Al-Qur'an, and not Jeluray either. (5) The holy book only contains life guidance, the way to be a good and virtuous person. (6) So, don't think you know everything just by reading scriptures. (7) In fact, even if you read a thousand books, you will not necessarily know everything. (8) It is only God who has all the knowledge, and they reveal some of their knowledge to the community, to those who want to know and find out. (9) But for those who are careless, it is a pity because they do not get to know that precious thing.

(15) Hiyaŋ elah susah payah ‘mbikin kau bukan buat ‘ɲuruh kau mati. (16) Uraŋ tuha kau elah penat barjuaŋ buat hidup kau bukan hendak ‘niŋuk kau tartekuri. (17) Siida saada sayaŋ dikau. Siida hendak ‘niŋuk kau rapay uraŋ barcapay, tarseɲum seneŋ, ria tartawa. (18) Suŋguh jaŋan dah eŋkau ikut u’uraŋ buŋul iaŋ ‘ŋajak kau buat ‘niŋgalken ranah. (19) Maka tiŋuk dah baɲak uraŋ mati iaŋ n’ak hidup baliʔ lanter siida ‘ɲesal taʔ ‘makay hidup da sab’baiʔ nia buat bararan ka uŋer. (20) Salepas mati, eŋkau taʔ dapet barbuat a‘apa lagi, tiŋgal dah hidup kau dalem kenaŋan. (21) Maka, bikin dah kenaŋan baik sab’baɲak nia salama eŋkau hidup di ranah. (22) Namun sabener, eŋkau tetep dah hidup dan ada dalem ruaŋ teŋgat eŋkau barɲawa. Eŋkau akan tetep ada sal’lama di halaman tu tarraɲja.
(12) Don't let anyone erase thy dreams. (13) Dream on! and achieve that dream! (14) Truly God has given thee life so that thou canst be as useful as possible. (15) Hyang really took pains to create thee not to tell thee to die. (16) Thy parents are tired of fighting for thee life not to see thee lose. (17) They all love thee. They want to see thee become a successful person, smiling happily, laughing happily. (18) Do not follow the foolish people who invite thee to leave the world. (19) So look at the many dead people who want to come back to life because they regret not using their lives to the best of their ability to contribute to society. (20) After death, thou canst not do anything else, thy life remains in memories. (21) So, make as many good memories as thou canst while thou livest in this world. (22) But in fact, thou art still alive and exist in the space-time where and when thou wast alive. Thou willst remain forever on that page, marked.

(23) Having a family is based on promise and mutual trust, not mutual possession. Really no one can possess someone except Hyang. (24) Because, Hyang has given freedom to the human race. (25) Even though your will is actually formed based on what happened before as an intermediary.
