Bintang (Star)
(1) Suŋguh Kerisna, Berahim, Jura, Musa, Lausa, Sidar, Isa, Lida, Mani, Mat, Semala, dan Husin dah di sela p’parsayaŋ d’dihulu. Siida tandaŋ di sela parbenci di sakuliliŋ da, buat maŋilakken ibaan da. (2) Siida dah uraŋ iaŋ pernah tarkatampaŋ pas parhiŋga nda. (3) Namun, daʔ satu anu pun di ranah iaŋ barsinar sal’lama nia. (4) B’bintaŋ aken teraŋ pas teŋget a, lalu redup, dan mati tarbara. (5) Cemitu pula dah uraŋ. Aken salalu timbul b’bintaŋ baheru maŋgantiken b’bintaŋ lama.
(1) Truly Krishna, Abraham, Zoroaster, Laozi, Siddhartha, Jesus, Veleda, Mani, Muhammad, Smohalla, and Husayn were among the prophets of old-time. They were present among the hatish around them, to save their people. (2) They were people who were prominent during their time. (3) However, nothing in the world shines forever. (4) The stars will be bright in their time, then dim, and burn to death. (5) So do humans. New stars will always appear to replace old stars.

(6) Maka kaini elah dateŋ sinar baheru ka kamu. Ada pa alesan bahagi mu manulak ɲa? suŋguh daʔ, tarsisih kabebelan dan katiŋgihatian mu. (7) Siida iaŋ bebel deŋan kabeɲcian da mimaŋ susah nicakepken. (9) Namun, kamu jaŋan patah sumaŋet, suŋguh kahasih menaŋ atas beɲci salalu.
(6) So now a new light has come to you. Is there a reason for you to reject it? There really is none, except your ignorance and high-mindedness. (7) Those who are ignorant of their hatred are indeed difficult to tell. (8) That's how people with an ignorant brain are, if the facts are told to them, they try not to accept it, sometimes it's like talking to stones. (9) However, don't be discouraged, love always wins over hate.

(10) Say to the hatish: "I really don't hate you, because that is a bad act which is also forbidded for me. (11) I only feel sorry for you because ye live in hatred while the teachings of compassion have come before your eyes. Ye are like that people who can see but choose to blind their eyes."
